Tire center is absolute garbage. They never answer the phone and when you show up in person you are an inconvenience to their time. If you order what isn't on their rack of cheap tires you will get told that when you have a blowout it will be your issue. Definitely find another Sam's if not another company all together!

I would like to take the time to recognize Dynasty Weber for the exceptional customer service and professionalism they provided during my recent experience. From the beginning of my issue all the way through the final resolution, Dynasty Weber handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to listen, understand the concern, and made sure the problem was fully resolved instead of simply giving a quick response. An handing me off to someone else. What impressed me the most was their communication and dedication throughout the process. Dynasty kept me informed, remained respectful and courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. It is rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Employees like Dynasty Weber make a lasting impression and truly represent what excellent customer service should look like. Their ability to resolve issues from start to finish deserves to be recognized and appreciated.

I imagine everybody knows about Sam's already when you're buying in bulk. It is a good place to go. They have a lot of great deals and good food. Matter of fact, I'd rather go to Sam's than Walmart anytime of the day. The employees are much more helpful. The store is always nice and clean and the deals on the food are very good. Also, they have a benefit of having a gas station with great prices. These days people are feeling to hurt the prices of the gas going up. Always good to know if there is a gas station at Sam's you can go to with a better price

Scarlett has zero customer service and awareness of running a customer service counter. I have been at the counter waiting for over 30 minutes with my 83 year old grandmother in the car. She has not called for help or assistance. No sense of customer service. If I could put zero stars I would.

Ive never had a Sams membership before, but I took advantage of the deal going on and joined. With three kids, I think there could be some benefits. The store was organized and clean for the most part. There are so many items I buy frequently for my kids that are cheaper here than at other places. I can definitely see the value. But as a wheelchair user, I dont think shopping in store is something I want to do again. And according to reviews on how long curbside takes, Im wondering if the benefits of the membership will be conveniently accessible to me. The cafe line is in a position that you can not see the menu from the line from the height of a wheelchair. Theres also a few sections in the store where items in cases are blocked by poles with small access that does not accommodate a wheelchair. All of that isnt deal breakers. I can manage that. You learn to work around a lot in a chair. But the bathrooms broke it. The womens bathroom has one accessible stall, and its not big enough to turn a wheelchair around in. The toilet paper holder was broken. And there was urine all over the floor and seat. The biggest issue I found is the sink and hand dryers. The sinks and stalls are pos
